Perched on the sparkling shores of Manly Cove, Felons Seafood is a cocktail bar and dining room serving up precise Australian caught seafood with a laidback surf-village spirit. Once an old-school fish and chip shop, today we pay homage to its heritage with a menu that celebrates our coastal provenance – serving locally grown produce and the finest flavours caught by Australia's best fishermen. We welcome all walks of life to come in, sink into a chair and watch the sun go down with an icy Felons Super Chilled Crisp Lager in hand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the tracking and control of bar inventory levels.
- Monitor stock usage and assisting with the timely ordering of beverages and supplies to ensure consistent product availability.
- Oversee the daily operations of bartenders and barbacks, ensuring high standards of service.
- Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and fully stocked, in compliance with health and safety standards
- Lead stocktaking procedures, accurately recording inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies.
- Take responsibility for end-of-day procedures, including balancing tills, securing stock.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced bar environment
- Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
