Position Details

We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced applicants for this casual teaching position. The successful candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

1. Supportive of the aims, principles, and tenets of the Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc.
2. Hold appropriate academic teaching qualifications that meet Department of Education requirements and have experience teaching the Western Australian Curriculum in a primary school setting.
3. Demonstrate a commitment to the personal growth, education, and welfare of young students.
4. Show strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills when engaging with students, parents, and staff.
5. Be familiar with a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet diverse student needs and course objectives.
6. Be proficient in ICT and the Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Have an understanding of Christian Education principles.

Additional Requirements

Kingsway is fully committed to child protection. Successful applicants must pass child protection screening, adhere to the College’s policies, and hold a WWCC Card (or be able to obtain one) and a recent National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old).
