Position Information
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world‑class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non‑government schools. About the Role
You will be responsible to the Principal for the day‑to‑day operation of the school canteen, including the supervision and rostering of relevant staff and/or voluntary workers.
To be successful in the role you will need to have good planning and prioritising skills and good communication skills to work effectively with others.
You will perform a range of tasks relating to the operation of the school canteen including ensuring compliancy with food handling regulations, ordering and receiving supplies, reconciliation of monies received and preparation of financial statements. You will understand the importance of providing a quality customer experience.

This opportunity is for a temporary appointment on a term‑by‑term basis for a period up to 12 months with possibility of extension. This position is for 0.79 FTE.
