Job Description

Are you a people-person who loves helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? GMHBA is looking for a Customer Service Advisor — open to both full-time and part-time applicants — to deliver exceptional experiences, support members, and drive growth, all while being part of a friendly, dynamic team

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in customer service or a team-based environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated — someone who takes initiative.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks confidently.
- Retail or PHI/regulated industry experience.
- Sales experience with proven ability to meet targets.
