Job Description

- Manage adviser and client queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution

- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all client portfolios

- Coordinate adviser reporting cycles and assist with tax and compliance processes

- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve operational issues

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

- Prepare and review reports to ensure quality and compliance standards are met

- Participate in adviser meetings and provide high-quality service support

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and adviser experience

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in wealth management operations or investment platforms. They will have a strong service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy. A collaborative team player, they will be confident working with advisers, internal stakeholders, and clients to resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements. Experience in portfolio administration, reporting, and financial systems, along with a solid understanding of wealth management processes, is essential.
