As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a range of water and wastewater equipment**.**If you have a mechanical mindset and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a skilled team maintaining and repairing Xylem equipment, including Flygt and Godwin pump units.**Responsibilities:*** Perform routine and emergency assessments, servicing, and repairs on our pumps and rental fleet, both on-site and in our service workshop.* Clean, strip, and overhaul customer pump sets and products.* Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and instructions.* Inspect and test products before dispatch.* Provide clear and accurate advice to colleagues and customers on service, workshop, and product-related issues.* Maintain detailed documentation and reports on all work undertaken.**About You:*** Proven mechanical aptitude and ideally you will possess relevant trade qualification as a Fitter or Electrician or other relevant trade qualifications* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders* Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations**Benefits:*** Company Bonus Program* Subsidised Health Insurance for you and your immediate family* Gym Membership discounts and other wellbeing benefits* Company funded Income Protection.* Training and Career Development* Opportunity to make a difference and become part of Xylems volunteer program “Watermark”.**Apply Now** to become part of a loyal, hardworking team and join us on our journey to solve waterJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
