What you'll be doing:*** **Support the team** – assist trades personnel with mechanical work while following strict safety procedures and contamination control standards.* **Deliver quality workmanship** – take every step to ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time, with no rework required.* **Follow repair standards** – carry out all repairs in line with appropriate control guidelines and company processes.* **Operate equipment** – gain hands-on experience using overhead gantry cranes and forklifts.* **Keep the workshop running** – contribute to general yard duties and wash bay tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.* **Learn and grow** – work with state-of-the-art machinery and develop your skills alongside experienced technicians.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
