The Role
Under the guidance of an experienced team leader and colleagues, the Apprentice Landscaper will have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and experience in landscape construction activities and knowledge to satisfy the competencies defined by the training plan established for the particular training discipline within agreed timeframe.

Essential Criteria
1. Completion of Year 10 with satisfactory outcomes (Record of School Achievement (RoSA)).
2. Suitable literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills to manage the educational and professional requirements of the apprenticeship.
3. A genuine interest and passion in undertaking a trade and a demonstrated interest in landscaping.
4. Ability to receive instructions and be trained by a team leader in the working environment and contribute as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated commitment to training and to personal development with a focus on planning and organising competing priorities.
6. Ability to develop sound knowledge and understanding of Work Health Safety; holds a current White Card (Induction for Construction Work).
