About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified Crane Technicians to join our Cranes and Lifting Team in Perth, WA for various adhoc and rostered roles. As a Crane Technician at Pressure Dynamics you will be tasked with carrying out inspections, maintenance, fault-finding, installation and commissioning of pedestal and gantry cranes.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting routine and corrective crane maintenance
- Performing troubleshooting and fault-finding of crane systems
- Preparing detailed crane condition checklists and site service reports
- Surveying/scoping up crane maintenance activities to identify labour, materials and equipment required for execution
- Replacement of crane components; i.e. hooks, wire ropes, motors, brakes, limit switches, load monitoring systems, etc.

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Have 2-5 years’ experience as a Crane Technician
- Have 2 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (preferred)
- Recognized Mechanical Trade Certificate
- OPITO BOSIET (preferred)
- MSIC (preferred)
- Basic Rigger HRWL (preferred)
- Experience with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, gearboxes and winches
