What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) – essential.
- Current teacher registration with ACECQA is required before starting.
- Passion for the Montessori philosophy and its practical application.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Current Working with Children Check required before commencing employment.
- A minimum of 1+ years of early childhood teaching experience is required.
