Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Work Health Safety to join our Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing (WHSW) team at the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS). This newly created role is central to embedding both physical and psychological safety into our systems, ensuring our people go home safe every day. About the Team

At CAHS, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace so our workers can deliver the highest quality care to children, young people, and families across WA. The WHSW team champions a culture of safety and wellbeing across the organisation, creating an environment where all workers feel supported, empowered and confident to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
