About the Role

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store – inspiring your team, delighting our guests, and driving performance. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and leadership to every aspect of the store’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily store operations with excellence
- Drive sales and exceed KPIs through strategic planning and team motivation
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and brand experience
- Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the Kate Spade aesthetic
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational compliance
