About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our front office team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of front desk activities while delivering exceptional guest service. You will also play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and maintaining high operational standards across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise front office staff to ensure smooth daily operations. - Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping for seamless guest service. - Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. - Oversee check-in/check-out processes for individuals, groups, and crew bookings. - Monitor room allocations, wake-up calls, and special requests. - Ensure accurate guest registration and billing. - Manage cash floats and reconcile balances. - Conduct shift handovers and manage staff breaks and rosters. - Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain service standards. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation platforms. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. - Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
