We have anexciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive teamfor 6-8 sessions a week. This role is suitable for a newly qualified GP or anexperienced GP looking for a stable, well-organised and welcoming practice.
Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality patient care
Conduct surgery and telephone consultations, including home visits
Liaise with colleagues and external providers to ensure seamless patient care
Investigate and refer patients appropriately, in line with guidance
Review results and correspondence promptly
Provide cover for colleagues when required
Collect and review data for audit and QOF purposes
Maintain excellent communication with patients and carers
Attend clinical, governance, and educational meetings
Work collaboratively and effectively within the team
Manage your own workload and resources effectively
Attend required training events and feedback sessions
Report and follow up on significant incidents

We offer 1015 minute appointments depending on your preference, manageable duty days, and strong admin support for letters and tasks, allowing you to focus on patient care. We also hold weekly educational meetings (with lunch provided) to support ongoing learning, collaboration and team connections

- Dedicated Teaching Practice supporting GP Trainees and Medical Students
- Experienced team: 6 Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 1 GP Retainer, 3 GP Trainees, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 HCAs, plus a full administrative and reception team

- You must be a Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, and be included on NHS performers list
