About us

We’re a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.

Roster and Availability:

- Shifts include weekday, evening and weekend availability
- 2-4 hour shift length
- Flexibility to fill in shifts for staff leave and pick up extra shifts

To do a great job, you’ll need:

- Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern (BOC), autism, and mental health
- Experience supporting people with high physical support needs and PEG feeding
- Understanding of trauma-informed care
- Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box
- Observant to the finer details; detail-oriented
- Well-organised and thoughtful, including supporting clients to plan for significant events
- Comfortable forming a genuine bond with the client
- Exuberant and engaging, with a mature outlook on life
- Enjoy outdoor activities and can be a positive role model
- Independent and competent with life skills such as laundry and household chores
- Ability to follow documentation protocols
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to drive clients in your own car and in clients' cars/vans
