About the firm
Our client is a national independent law firm with strong credentials in employment, corporate, property and more. Their Employment Advisory group provides full-cycle counsel from hiring to termination, investigations to litigation across numerous sectors.

Your role
You will have the chance to work across diverse employment matters while collaborating with senior lawyers and supporting less experienced team members.
- Providing employment advice on contracts, terminations, performance, and workplace disputes
- Handling industrial action, unfair dismissal, discrimination and WHS issues
- Conducting investigations, drafting policies, and training clients
- Managing litigation in tribunals, courts or negotiation
Skills & experience
- Minimum 3-5 years PQE in employment and workplace relations
- Proven track record across advisory and dispute resolution
- Strong communication, leadership and technical skills
- Comfortable managing complex files and client relationships
