Job Description

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the parts market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager - Parts should have:

- A proven track record in sales, preferably within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of the parts market and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
