About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and service‑driven Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel — welcoming guests, ensuring their stay runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. You’ll play a key part in creating memorable experiences and upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check‑in/check‑out procedures.

- Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and feedback.

- Process reservations, transactions, and guest accounts accurately.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure room readiness.

- Communicate special requests to relevant departments and follow up.

- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, hotel services, and current room packages.

- Support telephonists and back office staff when needed.

- Complete opening and closing shift duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and front‑office procedures

- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions

- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Well‑presented and committed to high service standards
