Snr Systems Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with deep Yardi ERP expertise to join a high-performing technology team. You'll take ownership of complex system issues, drive improvements across Yardi modules, and act as the key technical point of contact for all ERP-related challenges.

This role suits someone who thrives on solving intricate technical problems and translating business needs into robust, scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Yardi ERP solutions across multiple business units.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and integration issues within the Yardi environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.

- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance and user experience.

- Develop documentation, workflows, and best practices for system use and maintenance.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within property, finance, or enterprise ERP environments.

- Proven hands‑on experience with Yardi ERP (Voyager, Breeze, or related modules).

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.

- Proficiency in SQL, system integrations, reporting tools, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
