About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef to be a key support to our kitchen leadership and help create incredible dining experiences for our residents at Glenmore Park Care Community.

What You’ll Do:

- ✔️ Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.

- ✔️ Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.

- ✔️ Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.

- ✔️ Step up and lead sections of the kitchen, developing your supervisory skills.

- ✔️ Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.

What You’ll Need:

- ✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.

- ✔️ Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.

- ✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

- ✔️ A passion for food and a genuine desire to learn and take on more responsibility.

- ✔️ Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.

- ✔️ Willingness to complete:

1. Pre‑employment medical

2. NDIS Worker Screening Check
