About the Practice

Our Preventive Dental Care practice is part of our growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores. Preventive Dental Care Deakin is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator as we prepare for growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is important to us. The Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator seeking permanent, full-time work:

- Modern dental practice running a wide range of dental treatments
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team

- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Make patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner

You/'ll be

- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekends ever
- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded
- Suitable for a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their career
- You're a motivated self-starter; this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
