About the Position: Our client is actively recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years' post-admission experience to join their Motor & Property Recoveries team in Brisbane.

You'll be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of motor vehicle accident claims, property damage recoveries, and associated litigation matters. Your work will involve drafting legal documents, advising clients on prospects and liability, negotiating with counterparties, and progressing matters through court procedures.

The role offers a dynamic workload where no two days are the same—ideal for a lawyer who enjoys fast-paced, technically engaging work with a commercial edge.

Key Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years PAE in insurance law or general litigation
- Previous experience in recoveries, motor claims, or property damage is highly regarded
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships
- A proactive and organised approach to file management
