Essential Requirements
- Must be driving (full Australian driver's licence).
- Own vehicle.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
- Must be flexible with hours.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
- Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
- Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
