📍 Location – Sunshine Coast, Kawana Waters / Birtinya, QLD

📅 Employment Type – Permanent Part time, 15 hours per week.

🕒 Roster – Two positions available. Position 1: Friday and Saturday, Position 2: Thursday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

- 💬 Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

- 🛍 Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

- 📦 Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

- ⏰ Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

About You

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

- What you bring to the team:

- ✅ Prior Customer Service Experience.

- ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- ✅ High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

- ✅ Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

- ✅ Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
