Selection Criteria
1. Specialist registration or eligibility (including IMG pathway) RANZCOG assessed as substantially comparable OR eligible for expedited pathway
2. Team leadership and collaboration experience
3. Strong communication and IT literacy
4. Dedication to teaching, research, and clinical quality
