The Role As a full-time or part-time Rehabilitation Consultant - Exercise Physiologist / Osteopath / Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide your clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach. In this role, you will: - Gain a detailed understanding of your clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments - Conduct worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals - Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs - Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning What’s in it for you?
