Position Title

Senior Occupational Therapist - NDIS Linkage Team

Location & Unit

Murdoch, Fiona Stanley Hospital – NDIS Linkage Team, South Metropolitan Health Service

Overview

Currently we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the NDIS Linkage team. The successful applicant will practice as a Senior Occupational Therapist in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Provide advanced Occupational Therapy clinical support and knowledge within the multidisciplinary NDIS team.
- Act as an NDIS clinical consultant/resource to Occupational Therapists and other health professionals.
- Plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care across the organization, including the Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospital groups.

Qualifications & Experience

Must hold a valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and meet SMHS policies and guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate experience in NDIS and advanced occupational therapy skills.
