About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team, supporting Registered Nurses and Midwives in delivering safe, person-centred care. In this role, you will work under supervision while maintaining accountability for your practice, contributing to positive patient experiences and high-quality care outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse practice, gaining valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As part of our healthcare team, you will assist with the delivery of nursing and midwifery care in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. You will play an important role in fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and patient-focused care while collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. About You

You are a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You bring strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care.

- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia

- Skilled in providing person-centred care and recognising clinical changes

- Effective communicator and team player in multidisciplinary healthcare settings

- Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, standards, codes and nursing practice
