At thl, our mission is to connect people with unforgettable travel experiences. As a Vehicle Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help ensure our motorhomes are safe, clean, and ready for the road.

You’ll report to the Workshop Supervisor and work closely with fleet, customer service, and quality teams. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and supports our reputation for quality and reliability.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose and repair minor issues in motorhomes
- Install parts, fittings, and accessories
- Address water and plumbing concerns
- Use power tools and maintain a tidy workspace
- Prepare vehicles for rental to ensure top quality for guests

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Confidence using power tools and basic computer systems
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a bonus – training provided
