We’re looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager – Optical to lead our New Zealand Fit Centre at the Henderson Laboratory. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, elevate team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Experience Leadership - Ensure lab operations consistently meet service and quality KPIs, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction - Lead the resolution of customer complaints through root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Operational Efficiency - Monitor and manage Unit Manufacturing Costs (UMC), keeping operations within budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement - Drive initiatives to enhance production processes, systems, and infrastructure for long-term efficiency and scalability.
- Team Culture & Engagement - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride in service delivery, promoting high performance and collaboration.
- People Development - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a skilled, engaged, and motivated team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the commercial team to ensure seamless business execution and alignment with commercial goals.
- Ownership & Accountability - Champion a culture of responsibility across Operations and Customer Service, with a strong focus on delivering excellence.
