Branch Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief – Banking – Cairns

The Hours (Monday - Friday 30+ hours per week):

Join our team in this role within the hours, Monday and Friday - 9:15am – 4:15pm, Tuesday and Thursday - 8:45am - 4:15pm and Wednesday - 9:00am - 4:15pm.

Your home branch will be Cairns however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Earlville and Smithfield branches, so a licence and transport is essential.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Support NAB’s Cairns branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.

- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions

- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
