- Collaborate with the Managing Producer to structure shoots and source the right crew
- Manage on‑set production, serving as the main contact for talent and crew
- Oversee quality control during post‑production to ensure the final product aligns with the original vision
- Develop comprehensive briefs for other areas of the Creative Services team
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative thinking that speak to specific briefs across various channels
Now, a bit about you
- You’re creatively driven and enthusiastic about working across a variety of projects
- You have exceptional written, editing and copywriting skills with experience in creating content across different mediums
- You possess strong time management skills and adapt easily to changing schedules
- Your communication skills shine when coordinating with teams through pre‑production, on‑set, and post‑production
- You’re digitally obsessed and social media savvy with a passion for current platforms
- You’re confident with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Capcut, and Canva
- You approach feedback with curiosity and respect, and maintain a positive mental attitude that wows clients and colleagues
Life at Mamamia
We're fast‑paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry‑leading strategies and ideas.

We have a startup spirit within a scaled‑up business structure.
The core purpose of Mamamia is to make the world a better place for women and girls, and we live this philosophy in the content we create and with the work we do. While our core purpose informs every business and content decision we make, we execute on our purpose in a way that’s engaging, entertaining and adds meaning and value to the lives of Australian women.
We're passionate about embracing AI and technology in our creative process, constantly exploring new ways to enhance storytelling and connect with our audience - we're excited for you to join us on this innovative journey.
