What you’ll do
Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Warringal Private Hospital. As the Lead Oncology/Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to:
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinaryteam and patients receiving cancer treatment;
- Deliver patient centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
- Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
- Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
- You are team-oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care.
- Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding.
