Only About Children Brighton East is a beautiful service consisting of 140 places, 8 rooms with dedicated outdoor play spaces for children to explore and learn in wonderful environments. You will be joining a strong leadership team and a dedicated group of educators allowing you to inspire, lead, mentor, coach, and guide educators to support in curriculum decision making and to support positive educational outcomes for children.

The Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

You will work in partnership with the Campus Director and the wider campus leadership team to deliver a high-quality curriculum ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes for children. The Educational leader is an integral part of the campus leadership team, whose stewardship of guiding and implementing the campus philosophy through the curriculum and in alignment with the OAC Grow curriculum and Heart Principles.

You will be working in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working in partnership with the leadership team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated educational leadership experience.
- Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.
- Ability to communicate and connect with families.
- Strong understanding of the frameworks and regulations
