Goodstart Educator – Goodstart Baird Drive
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time – 38 hours per week
What you’ll do
As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to design and deliver exceptional learning programs for our children. Your focus on safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
About Goodstart Baird Drive
Purpose‑built centre 90‑place service, with a longstanding team with over 50 years of combined childcare experience. Passionate management team eager to mentor and upskill new team members. Conveniently located a stone’s throw from Dubbo CBD with nearby shops and parks. Actively engages with the local community, hosting health check‑ups for staff and children.

You’ll need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
