As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you/'ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You/'ll deepen the team/'s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you/'ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need

- Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Active ECE VIT registration – full or provisional or WWC VIC

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
