We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our high achieving Housekeeping Team. You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff.

The main duties of this role will include:

- Prepare and complete allocations for Room Attendants, Supervisors and Housepersons in preparation of daily tasks.
- Leadership skills: Lead the team, drive performance and productivity.
- Cover various areas including Commercial Laundry, Valet/Uniforms, Public Areas and Housekeeping Supervisor duties when needed.
- Responsibility for all rooms and ensuring consistency in presentation, room inventory and staff performance.
- Control stock levels for distribution.
- Ability to maintain the standard operating procedures within their department and in accordance with the Resort and Guest needs.
- Monitor the team and support at all times to ensure that the CBCR standard is kept in every room.

Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum 5 Years managerial experience in a commercial cleaning environment or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
- The ability to identify issues and performance manage accordingly.
- Strong knowledge and application of OH&S procedures.
- Manage payroll and expenses against budget.
- Manage recruitment for all Housekeeping departments
- The ability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment will be highly regarded.
