This role will work a 5/2 roster from the Sydney office with 2 days WFH option available

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focusedBusiness Systems Analyst (ERP)to join our Enterprise Applications team, based in ourSydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and flexible environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued and your growth supported. Reporting to theERP Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising our ERP systems and integrated applications across Finance, Supply, Maintenance, and other core business areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for ERP support and configuration, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions that improve processes and drive efficiency.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities, including:

- Acting as the primary contact for ERP and integrated application support, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Leading and supporting ERP-related projects, from scoping and feasibility through to testing, training, and implementation.
- Driving process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and maximising system functionality.
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external partners to deliver technical solutions.
- Providing user training, maintaining system documentation, and supporting change management and user adoption.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational standards, policies, and best practices in all system-related activities.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making systems work better for people. You bring a thoughtful, user-focused approach to your work and are comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations. You have aroundthree or more years of experiencein a similar role, supporting ERP systems in a medium-to-large organisation. You understand how business processes work—especially in areas like finance, supply chain, or maintenance—and you’re confident turning those processes into effective system solutions. You may have worked in mining, resources, or another asset-intensive industry, but we’re also open to candidates from other sectors who bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn. You’re a strong communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You’re also open to feedback, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a team that values diversity, flexibility, and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

- A tertiary qualification inInformation Technology,Business Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting ERP systems such asPronto,SAP, or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply, or maintenance.
- Experience with system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through better systems and smarter processes.
