About Your New Job:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the financial operations. You'll be responsible for managing various accounts payable functions including:
•Reviewing supplier statements, communicating with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices, and reconciling differences
•Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
•Processing overseas payment schedules and invoices
•Employee expense claims
•General administrative duties as needed.
About You:
You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can work autonomously and manage vendors. To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
•Previous ERP system experience
•Strong numeracy and literacy skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Attention to detail
•High-level proficiency in Excel
