Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**What You'll Do:*** Lead end-to-end lease transactions from strategy development through to documentation completion* Build and maintain strong client relationships as their trusted property advisor across multiple active projects* Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to at least six new project pursuits annually* Negotiate complex lease renewals and acquisitions, including multi-site portfolios* Prepare accurate financial models, transaction reports, and compelling client proposals* Mentor junior team members while collaborating across JLL's integrated service platform* Present market insights and thought leadership to support our clients' strategic decision-making**What We're Looking For:*** Property or related degree with 2-4 years of relevant commercial property experience* Strong knowledge of Australian office markets, particularly within VIC* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities* Proven ability to interpret complex lease documentation and communicate terms effectively* Strategic mindset with a talent for identifying client value creation opportunities* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**What JLL Can Offer You:*** Uncapped earning potential.
