We're looking for a passionate and driven Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Hill Street's Devonport Cafe.

About the Role

This apprenticeship is an opportunity for aspiring Chefs to begin their career or for first-year apprentices seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake an Apprenticeship in Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow company procedures and regulations

Pay and Benefits

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award 2020 and may vary depending on age and schooling level. Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
