Our Subaru Service Centre in Waitara is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy.
What you’ll do
- Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
- Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
- Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
About you to be successful in this role you will be:
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment.
- Experience working in Customer Service and Sales environment
