About the role
Join the vital team at BreastScreen SA (BSSA), part of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and a proud contributor to the national breast cancer screening initiative, BreastScreen Australia. BSSA is dedicated to reducing the impact of breast cancer in women aged 50 to 74 through early detection and timely assessment. As the Administration Officer Image Management Reading and Results, you will play a key role in ensuring client records and screening data are accurately handled and maintained with the highest levels of privacy and sensitivity.
In this role, you'll prepare images for radiologist review, process screening results using established protocols and provide administrative support across the client screening pathway. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, uphold data integrity across IT systems and contribute to quality assurance monitoring to meet National Accreditation Standards. Operating under general direction, your strong judgement, attention to detail and initiative will support a seamless, client-focused screening journey.

You're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting quality health services. You bring strong administrative skills, thrive in a team environment and take pride in delivering timely, accurate work with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse teams
- Skilled in MS Office with accurate typing and strong attention to detail
- Experience providing confidential admin support with sound judgement
