Customer Service Specialist

We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists in Keysborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration side of customer requests, utilizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Salary: $38 per hour + Superannuation
- Type of work: 4-8 weeks temporary role
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative side of customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role (previous experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Police check required.
- Able to start immediately.
