About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Shutdown Planner with a focus on fixed plant to support a strategic change in maintenance approach for one of our key clients. This 6-month contract includes a 5/2 roster in Perth and 4/3 on-site FIFO travel.

You'll be responsible for planning and scoping shutdown work orders, managing SAP task lists and master data, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure alignment with site shutdown schedules. Your work will directly contribute to improving maintenance efficiency and shutdown performance.

- Adjust SAP task lists and master data to reflect current strategy
- Coordinate with site teams to align schedules and resources
- Review work orders and ensure accurate job scoping
- Drive safety and compliance in all shutdown planning
- Support continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery

What we're looking for: About you…

- Previous experience as a shutdown planner in mining or heavy industry
- Proficient in SAP maintenance planning and master data
- Strong knowledge of conveyors, stackers, and shutdown procedures
- Confident scoping and adjusting task lists
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work across both office and site environments
- Must have the right to work in Australia
