The opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our growing Trade Implementation team.

Supporting ad-hoc trades, platform trade execution, broker relationships, and client queries. You'll work across ASX and international markets, collaborating with internal teams and external brokers to ensure seamless trade execution and exceptional service.

The Trade Implementation team sits within the Investment Operations department, which is responsible for administering all facets of Netwealth's Superannuation and Wrap Service products from an investment perspective. The department includes teams across Domestic, International, Managed Accounts, Corporate Actions, Asset Administration, Asset Transfers, Tax and Non-Custodial.

You'll be joining a collaborative, agile team that values precision, innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

- Oversee trading in IOS (Iress Order System) submitted via the platform.

- Implement large orders including ETFs, NAV, RISK and VWAP trades.

- Support Domestic, International and Managed Accounts teams with trading issues.

- Manage ETF create/redeem processes and broker order flows.

- Act as a key contact for brokers and internal stakeholders.

- Investigate and resolve trade failures and reconciliation issues.

- Coordinate and deliver training on ASX and international trading.

- Contribute to system testing and process improvement initiatives.

About you

- You have a strong interest in financial markets and investing.

- You have solid knowledge and experience with ASX and international securities, derivatives, fixed income and FX.

- Experience with investment administration and IRESS order pad.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.

- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and reduce risk.
