About the Centre:
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning, Armidale We are a 90 place centre set in picturesque Regional NSW. Milestones Armidale hosts 6 rooms, including 2 Nurseries, 2 Toddler Rooms and 2 Preschool Rooms. We have large natural outdoor environments, which have been recently upgraded. We have a strong focus for sustainability and community involvement, with connections with the local Primary School and Businesses. We have also created a strong partnership with our local Aboriginal community and endeavour to build this partnership to remain Completely Connected. We are looking for the next Shining Star to join our team, and we are all about Serious Fun.
About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
