As our Case Worker you will provide personalised and specialisedassistance to the women who access this service. You’lladvocate for women and support them to connect with a variety ofservices and resources to support their individual needs andchallenges. From housing, mental health to financial and communitysupports. You will work with women offering practical guidance, emotionalsupport, and encouragement to fulfill their goals. With empathy,resilience, and a strong sense of purpose, you’ll play a keyrole in empowering women to overcome challenges and move toward a more secure and independent future. About you You’re a compassionate and dedicated professional whobrings both heart and skill to your work. With a strong sense ofpurpose, you’re committed to supporting women experiencingcomplex challenges. You’re confident in your ability toprovide trauma-informed, strengths-based support and can adapt yourapproach to meet individual needs. You value collaboration, bringsound judgement to complex situations, and understand theimportance of cultural sensitivity and respect in everyinteraction. Your natural empathy is balanced by professionalism,resilience, and a drive to empower others.
