The role

Join our dynamic Sydney property team as an experienced Property Portfolio Manager and make a real impact on Adbri’s future. In this full‑time role reporting to the Group Manager – Property, you’ll lead the management and optimisation of our diverse, growing property portfolio across Australia, driving strategic value and growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise leasehold agreements across the national portfolio, ensuring compliance with critical dates.

- Serve as the key liaison between property, operations, and external parties to maintain operational and regulatory standards.

- Analyse portfolio performance to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost savings, and strategic investment.

- Coordinate leasing activities, due diligence, valuations, and legal documentation while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

- Support property-related projects and initiatives to enhance portfolio efficiency and long‑term value.

What you will need to succeed

- Relevant tertiary qualification in property or a related discipline

- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing property portfolios in a corporate or industrial environment

- Strong expertise in lease administration, compliance, and negotiating complex property transactions

- Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and strategic opportunities
