Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and start a hands-on career?

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Insurance Restoration Technician Trainee in QLD (on road/site-based role). In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to restore homes and businesses after water, fire, storm, or mould damage – all while completing a nationally IICRC recognised certification.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with restoration work including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and equipment setup
- Learn to operate specialist restoration tools and technology
- Help prepare and maintain job sites safely and professionally
- Work directly with insured clients, builders, and insurers
- Document and report on project progress

What We’re Looking For

- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Previous experience in trades, construction, or customer service is a bonus - but not required
- Applications from cleaners, technicians, labour/unskilled workers, carpet cleaners and pest controllers will be considered
